Prior to starting CueKom in Sweden, Lisa was a partner and co-owner of a boutique management consultancy in the USA. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Lisa worked for AGCO Corporation, the world’s 3rd largest agricultural machinery manufacturer, running their in-house marketing communication group that supports 13 brands in North America.
Throughout her career she has worked with variety of international organizations and her areas of functional expertise encompass strategic planning, business & channel development, corporate
& product branding, new product introduction, advertising & PR, training, team development
& organizational design and financial management.

Building solid relationships
Creating an environment that cultivates an instant rapport with clients is paramount. Lisa is proficient in building long-term customer relationships through effective listening and asking the right questions at the right time. Over the span of her career, she has developed numerous global marketing strategies and communication platforms along with making major presentations to executive management teams and Board of Directors. Lisa has led both large and cross-functional teams with a variety of backgrounds including marketing and creative services, manufacturing, finance, engineering, sales, and project and account management.
The ability to create a positive impact—to understand and simplify the complex—has yielded Lisa much success. Whether it has been developing a global communications strategy for a leading equipment manufacturer, a dealer/distributor marketing program, crafting a B2B advertising strategy for the Investment Banking arena, managing $20 million in revenues and closing $100 million of services and contract renewals, developing an online product demo for a complex software solution or re-launching a company after an 18-month hiatus, Lisa has always found a way to get it done.
